Brent Taylor

Growing up in an aviation family, I was always interested in airplanes. I grew up around airports, airplanes, the pilots that flew them and the mechanics that fixed them. So it's no wonder that I became a pilot, a mechanic and made a career in aviation that has lead to becoming the President of one of the oldest aviation organizations in the US, the Antique Airplane Association (AAA). I bought my first camera, a Minolta Hi-Matic F, in 1972 for the princely sum of $76 hard earned dollars. I had earned that money working on the family airport (Antique Airfield near Blakesburg, IA) mowing grass, dumping trash, cleaning and fueling airplanes or any other mundane task that was required of a 16 year old.
